Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused screws and fasteners in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the quantity and condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
